By ordering on this website you agree to these terms. They are written for a neighbourhood sabzi shop, not a courtroom — but they do apply.

Orders and prices

• Prices follow the day's mandi rate and can change daily. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
• Weights are approximate for fresh produce: a small variation (about ±5%) is normal. Items are weighed on a certified scale.
• Minimum order value and delivery charges are shown in the cart before you confirm. A distance charge may apply beyond our free-delivery radius.
• If an item is not available on the day, we tell you before delivery and adjust the bill; you pay only for what you receive.

Delivery

• We deliver in fixed slots (for example 6–9 AM and 4–7 PM) inside our delivery area in Aligarh. Slot cut-off times are shown on the site.
• Please make sure someone can receive the order and pay at the door. If nobody is reachable, we try to call; an undelivered order may be cancelled.
• Delivery boys may ask for the delivery code shown on your order page as proof of delivery.

Payment

Cash on delivery, UPI at the door, or UPI in advance where offered. Online payments are processed by the payment service shown at checkout; we never store card or UPI credentials.

Cancellation, replacement and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy — cancellation is free until packing starts, and damaged or poor-quality items are replaced free or refunded.

Accounts

You are responsible for the mobile number / email you register and for keeping your login code private. One account per person; misuse of coupons or referral rewards can lead to the account being closed.

Content and reviews

Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove abusive or fake reviews. Product photos are representative — sabzi never looks exactly the same twice.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, bandhs, road closures or events beyond our control, but we will always tell you and reschedule.
